Products are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

We accept payment by all major credit / debit cards and Paypal.

Currently we ship only to Singapore.

You will receive your order within 5 working days. Do allow for slight delays during peak shopping season and long festive holidays.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please use our contact form or email us at sales(at)smoothgenies.com with your Order Number and reason of return within 30 days of receiving your order. You will then be provided with a local return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer take necessary precautions by using shipping with tracking when returning the package.
Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your bank.
